In addition, sub-continental e-commerce culture including open digital commerce, local and cross-border logistics solutions for e-commerce, application of e-commerce chatGPT and expansion of f-commerce in Bangladesh are also highlighted.
The speakers expressed such expressions in various seminars and panel discussions of the second Bangladesh E-Commerce Summit organized by Bangladesh Brand Forum on Sunday (May 28) at the Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden Hotel in the capital. The day-long conference featured 4 keynotes, 3 panel discussions, 2 insight sessions, 2 case studies and 1 policy dialogue. The seminars revolved around the theme of reinventing e-commerce for the modern era.
In e-commerce business chat AI and use of Google’s new services and technologies, fraud security, customer repeat, logistics management, payments and other important topics related to e-commerce are emphasized in each session.
E-Commerce Association of Bangladesh, e-CAB president Shomi Kaiser inaugurated the day-long program. In her speech, she highlighted the relevance and necessity of organizing the Bangladesh E-Commerce Summit along with the growth of Bangladesh’s e-commerce sector.

In the second panel discussion, local and cross-border logistics solutions were discussed by Paperfly Founder Shahriar Hasan, E-Courier Founder Biplab G Rahul, Selextra Co-Founder Saqib Arafat and Pranagroup’s E-Commerce OR Business Head Ibrahim Swapan.
